Terms and Conditions for Special Offer / Promotion by MAGMA Store and Services Inc.

1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions govern the "Lifetime Offer" (hereafter referred to as "Offer") provided by MAGMA Store & Services Inc. (hereafter referred to as "the Company").
• By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• This Offer is open only to commercial customers of the Company, specifically those companies that are registered and operate within the State of Arizona and are engaged in the construction or renovation business.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and must represent a registered company involved in construction-related services.

3. Offer Details

• Participants who sign up for the Offer by 05/01/2024 are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per month until 12/31/2030.
• The benefit is contingent upon participants sharing their personalized link and is calculated based on a percentage of sales generated from contractors who register using the MAGMA20 code.
• The code MAGMA20 is valid until 12/31/2024.

4. Sharing the Personalized Link

• Participants are required to share their personalized link via social media.
• The sharing of the link must not involve any deceptive practices, spamming activities, or any other action that may violate applicable laws or social media platform rules.

5. Reporting and Payments

• The Company will send participants reports detailing their accumulated earnings on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion.
• Participants must provide a completed W9 form before receiving their first payment of premiums and/or commissions.
• Monthly premiums are calculated based on the number of users the participant has brought to MAGMA using their Personal Unique Code (PUC) and the total number of transactions these referred users complete. The specifics of the calculation algorithm will remain confidential and are considered intellectual property of MAGMA.
• Earned premium moneys shall be used solely for purchases at MAGMA Store, either online or at physical locations, and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes.
• Money accumulated during the previous month is available for use within the next 35 days.
• Money and reports will be issued on the last day of every month.

6. Definition of Corporate Unique Code (CUC)

• The Corporate Unique Code (CUC) is a specific identifier assigned to each participating company by MAGMA to track and manage the participation and transactions within the Offer.

7. General Conditions

• The Offer is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Company’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the Offer ( by sharing your personal code anytime- anywhere , you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
