1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products on our platform. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on our platform are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

2.2 Orders and Re-Stocking Fee: Placing an order through our platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cozy Floors. In the event that an order is canceled after it has been processed or shipped, a re-stocking fee of 35% of the order value will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with handling, restocking, and processing the returned items.

3.1 Pricing: The prices displayed on our platform are in the currency specified and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment: Payment for orders placed through our platform must be made using the accepted payment methods specified during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping: Cozy Floors will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the specified timeframe, subject to product availability and other factors beyond our control. Any shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.2 Delivery: The risk of loss and title for products ordered from Cozy Floors pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping or delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges of products within a specified period, subject to certain conditions. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

5.2 Re-Stocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 35% of the order value, which covers the costs associated with handling, restocking, and processing the returned items.

To the extent permitted by law, Cozy Floors and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services or platform.
